# AgeGen > AgeGen is an AI-assisted daily longevity operating system. We help adults build a science-backed daily routine for healthspan: nutrition, training, recovery, lab work, and biohacks. Telegram-first, web-second. We never invent studies, never recommend prescription drugs by brand, and every fact links to its source. AgeGen is built around three principles: 1. **DB-first, LLM-last.** Daily content is assembled from curated, sourced rows in our database. Language models only format and adapt — they never invent facts. 2. **Segment-aware.** Content is tagged for one of three audience segments (office workers, entrepreneurs, women 35+) and the segment hook is the first sentence of every post. 3. **Open to AI agents.** All public content is crawlable by GPTBot, ClaudeBot, PerplexityBot, anthropic-ai, and Googlebot.
