Terms of Service
Version 2026-08-26. Effective 26 August 2026.
These terms govern your use of agegen.ai, the @AgeGen Telegram channel and the Prime Age Telegram Mini App (together, "the service"). By using the service you agree to them. If you do not, please do not use it.
1. Who you are contracting with

2. What the service is — and what it is not
AgeGen publishes educational material about longevity and daily health habits, and provides a self-assessment called Prime Age: you answer questions about your own habits, and a published formula turns them into a number and a list of things you could change. Every weight in that formula is public on the methodology page.
The service is educational. It is not medical care. Specifically, it is not a diagnosis, not a screening or monitoring test, not a biological-age test, and not a medical device. It does not detect, prevent, treat or alleviate any condition, and a favourable result is not evidence that you are healthy.
Talk to a licensed clinician before making health decisions, before starting or stopping any medication or supplement, and before beginning a new exercise or dietary programme — particularly if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, under treatment for any condition, or taking prescription medication. Never delay seeking medical advice because of something you read here. If you think you are having a medical emergency, contact your local emergency service.
3. Who may use it
You must be 16 or older. You confirm this before the first question. If we learn that an account belongs to someone younger we will delete it.
4. Your account
Your account is tied to your Telegram user ID. There is no password to lose and no separate login. Whoever can open your Telegram can open your account, so protect your Telegram.
You can delete your account at any time from inside the app (More → Delete my account). Deletion is immediate and permanent, and we cannot restore it afterwards.
5. Free and paid
The core of the app is free and stays free: the questionnaire, your current Prime Age, the daily check-in, your streak, your weakest levers with their protocols, and the last seven days of history.
Prime Age Pro is a paid subscription that adds your full history, all twelve levers with their trend, how many years each lever would give back if you fixed it, and the full protocol library. The exact contents are listed on the subscription screen at the moment you buy.
6. Subscription, billing and cancellation
- Pro is billed in Telegram Stars and runs in 30-day periods. Telegram's payment system supports no other period for subscriptions, which is why there is no annual plan.
- It renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel.
- You cancel in Telegram, where the subscription lives — not in our app, and not by deleting your account. Deleting your account does not stop a Telegram subscription; cancel first, then delete.
- Cancelling stops the next charge. Your access continues to the end of the period you already paid for.
- You buy Stars from Telegram, on Telegram's terms. What that costs you depends on where you buy them, and it is not something we set or receive.
7. Your right to withdraw (EU, UK and equivalent)
If you are a consumer in the EU, the UK or a jurisdiction with equivalent rules, you have 14 days from the start of a subscription to withdraw from it without giving a reason.
Because the service is delivered immediately, by subscribing you ask us to begin performance at once and acknowledge that the right of withdrawal is lost once the service has been fully performed. For a running subscription, if you withdraw within those 14 days we refund the period pro rata for the part you have not used. To withdraw, write to info@agegen.ai — a plain sentence is enough.
8. Refunds
Beyond the withdrawal right above, write to us if something went wrong — a double charge, a subscription that did not activate, a feature that did not work. We would rather refund you than argue. Refunds of Star payments are executed by Telegram and returned as Stars, which is the only route Telegram's payment system provides.
9. Price changes
We may change the price of Pro. A change never applies to a period you have already paid for, and we will tell you in the app before a changed price is charged, so you can cancel first.
10. How you may use it
Use the service for yourself, lawfully. Do not: resell or redistribute paid content; scrape it in bulk or use it to train a model for a competing product; attempt to reach data that is not yours, or to break, overload or probe the service; impersonate anyone; or present our material as medical advice to other people.
Reading our public pages with an automated agent is fine and expected — our robots.txt welcomes it, and we publish a plain-text index at /llms.txt to make it easy. Quote us with a link.
11. Content
The text, code, protocols, images and the Prime Age method are ours or licensed to us. Your subscription buys access, not ownership, and it ends when the subscription does.
What you type stays yours. We use it only to run the service for you, as described in the Privacy Policy.
12. Availability
We aim to keep the service running and we promise no particular uptime. It depends on Telegram and on our hosting providers, and any of them can have a bad day. Features may change; if we remove something a subscription paid for, you may cancel and we will refund the unused part of the period.
13. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we make no warranty that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any information in it is complete, current or suitable for your situation. Nothing here excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.
14. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, or lost data. Our total liability for any claim connected with the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
If you are a consumer, this does not affect your statutory rights, which we cannot and do not limit.
15. Ending the agreement
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks section 10 or that we are required to close by law; if we close a paid account without cause, we refund the unused part of the period.
16. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of Ukraine, and its courts have jurisdiction.
If you are a consumer this does not take anything away from you. You keep the mandatory protections of the law of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings in your local courts. Consumers in the EU may also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform. We are happy to try to settle anything by email first.
17. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change is material we will ask you to accept it in the app before you continue, and the version number at the top will move. Continuing to use the service after a non-material change means you accept it.
