About AgeGen
AgeGen is a daily, AI-assisted longevity operating system. We publish science-backed protocols for nutrition, training, recovery, lab work, and biohacks — assembled from sourced research, never invented. Educational content, not medical advice.
📖 What we publish
Six kinds of content, every one traceable to its sources:
- Biohacks — step-by-step longevity protocols (cold exposure, breathwork, light therapy, fasting) with research summaries.
- Meals — longevity-oriented recipes with full macronutrient breakdowns and USDA-sourced nutrient data.
- Workouts — strength, cardio, and mobility protocols with difficulty, duration, and the research behind them.
- Mental tips — stress management, focus, and sleep-prep practices.
- Lab guides — how to read HbA1c, TSH, lipid panel, vitamin D, and other biomarkers, with age-specific optimal ranges.
- Visual guides — one-screen cards with per-tip source links.
The same engine feeds our Telegram channel @AgeGen (daily protocol, full-day menu, longevity news) — the website is the durable, citable library; Telegram is the daily feed.
⚙️ How content is made
Our editorial method is DB-first, LLM-last:
- Every fact starts as a curated database row with a verifiable source — PubMed, Cochrane reviews, USDA food data, or NIH-family pages.
- A language model formats that row into a readable post. It is explicitly forbidden to invent studies, citations, numbers, doses, or brands.
- Every published article carries a Sources block linking to the underlying research.
The full sourcing standard, AI-use policy, and corrections process are in our editorial policy.
🛡️ Safety boundaries
- We never recommend prescription drugs by brand or dose. Articles about medication classes (e.g. GLP-1 agonists) are mechanism-and-evidence only and always end with: talk to a licensed clinician first.
- We never diagnose. Lab guides explain markers and reference ranges — they are education, not an interpretation of your results.
- We use structure/function language only, never disease claims.
💬 Affiliate disclosure
Some pages in our Shop contain affiliate links, always disclosed at the top of the page: “Affiliate link — we may earn a commission. We only recommend products we'd buy ourselves.” We only link longevity tools and third-party-tested brands. We never affiliate with prescription drugs, untested peptides, or dropshipped supplements.
👤 Who is behind AgeGen
AgeGen is an independent publication launched in May 2026, run by a small human-editorial team using an AI-assisted pipeline. Corrections and source disputes: 1stabilli@gmail.com — we fix errors and say so.

🎩 Who is Mr. Age
Mr. Age is AgeGen's editorial character — not a real clinician, and not a real person. He is the voice we publish under: he replies to comments in our Telegram channel, presents our videos, and signs off every social post. One recognisable narrator instead of an anonymous feed.
In character, he is a 38-year-old former operator who burned out at 33 and rebuilt his days around the same protocols we publish — daylight before coffee, last espresso before noon, lifting twice a week, ceiling lights off after sunset. He keeps his log on paper, cooks in one pan, and still wrecks his sleep every time he travels.
What the character never changes is the evidence:
- Every number, mechanism, and source he cites comes from the same curated database rows as the rest of this site. The persona reframes; it never invents.
- He never diagnoses, never names a prescription drug by brand or dose, and never gives a personal medical protocol — those belong to a licensed clinician.
- He describes what he does. He never claims a health result of his own.
- He is a coach and an editor, not a friend or a companion. We do not build emotional dependency on a character.
❓ Frequently asked questions
What is AgeGen?
AgeGen is a daily, AI-assisted longevity operating system. Every morning we publish science-backed protocols across nutrition, training, recovery, lab guides, and biohacks — each one assembled from sourced research, never invented. We don't sell supplements or push brands, and nothing here is medical advice. Full breakdowns live at agegen.ai.
What topics does AgeGen cover?
We cover five areas of healthspan: nutrition (meals with macros), training, recovery and mental practices, lab guides (how to read your biomarkers), and evidence-graded biohacks. Every claim links to a real source; nothing here is medical advice.
How does AgeGen use AI?
AI formats and adapts — it never invents. Every protocol starts as a curated database row with a verifiable source (PubMed, Cochrane, USDA, NIH). A language model turns that row into a readable post and is explicitly forbidden to add studies, numbers, doses, or brands that are not in the source data. A human reviews the pipeline and corrects errors post-hoc.
Who is Mr. Age?
Mr. Age is AgeGen's editorial character — the voice behind our videos, our Telegram comment replies, and our social posts. He is not a real clinician and not a real person, and we say so openly. The facts he presents come from the same curated, sourced database rows as every article on agegen.ai: the character changes the framing, never the evidence. He never diagnoses, never names a prescription drug by brand or dose, and never gives personal medical advice.
Is AgeGen medical advice?
No. AgeGen is educational content about longevity research and healthy routines. We never diagnose, never recommend prescription drugs by brand or dose, and every article about medication classes (like GLP-1 agonists) ends with the same rule we follow ourselves: talk to a licensed clinician before starting any prescription medication.
